About Our Hospital

Token Creek Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA accredited clinic that welcomes pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. Our veterinarians have years of experience treating serious conditions and offering regular pet wellness care. Directions to our Lower-Level

If your pet’s appointment is scheduled in our Lower Level, please follow these directions:

From Windsor/DeForest

  • Take Highway 19 EAST toward Sun Prairie.
  • After the traffic lights at Portage Road, look for Token Creek Veterinary Clinic on your left.
  • Turn LEFT onto the service drive immediately after the main parking lot, near the tan mailbox.
  • Follow the driveway down and to the LEFT until you reach the staff parking area.
  • Continue along the retaining wall until you see the exposed lower-level entrance on your LEFT.
  • Two client parking spaces are available at the lower-level entrance.

Note: When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and call us at (608) 834-9700. A member of your medical team will let you know when to come inside.

From Sun Prairie

  • Take Highway 19 WEST toward Windsor/DeForest.
  • Turn RIGHT onto the service drive immediately before you reach the main parking lot, near the tan mailbox.
  • Follow the driveway down and to the LEFT until you reach the staff parking area.
