Dr. Diane Zilker DVM

Founding Veterinarian

Dr. Diane Zilker is a 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Northland College in Ashland, WI.

Dr. Zilker worked in private practice for 10 years before opening Token Creek Veterinary Clinic with her husband David in 2006. They have 2 daughters, Rachel and Sophia, and share their home with a labrador named Lucille, and three cats – Capone, Callie and Luna. In her spare time Dr. Zilker enjoys working with stained glass, walking her dog, traveling, and being outside.

Dr. Amber Mayne DVM

Veterinarian, Medical Director

Dr. Mayne is a 2011 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine and has been a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist since 2014. She lives in Sun Prairie with her boyfriend, several rescued Chihuahuas, a few handicapped cats, and a parrot that’s over 20 years old. In her spare time she practices Pilates and runs Agility with two of her Chihuahuas, Tux and Tandem.

Dr. Sonja Covington DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Covington is a 1995 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to attending veterinary school, Dr. Covington served in the U.S. Army for three years.

Dr. Amanda Falch DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Amanda Falch graduated from the UW School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Since then she has taken an avid interest in pain management, senior care, and fear free veterinary practices. This led her to getting certified in canine rehabilitation in 2013 and fear free certified in 2018. She enjoys working with rehabilitation patients to maximize their abilities as they recover from surgery, cope with arthritis, or just want to gain strength to try and prevent injuries. An avid lover of all animals, she also sees pocket pets and birds.
In her free time Dr. Falch enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, kayaking, and spending time with her family including her hat loving cat Pistachio!

Dr. Mary Kraft-Lee DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Mary Kraft is a 1990 graduate of the UW School of Veterinary Medicine. She previously practiced at a clinic she co-founded in Middleton for 27 years. Dr. Kraft resides in Sun Prairie with her husband, Tom, and one of their daughters, Nicole. Dr. Kraft also has a daughter, Michele and son-in-law, Alex who live in MI, and a son, Danny, who lives in PA. They share their home with 2 Golden Retrievers, Charlie and Jovie, as well as a kitty, Luigi. Dr. Kraft is a proud participating veterinarian in the Morris Animal Foundation’s Golden Retriever Canine Lifetime Study. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family/pets, quilting, crafting, and gardening.

Dr. Alyssa Montes DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Montes grew up in Connecticut and throughout the East Coast. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Sciences from the University of Delaware in 2020. Dr. Montes graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Her professional interests include internal medicine and acupuncture.

Dr. Montes enjoys spending time with her dog, Indy, and her partner, Dr. Rubio. She loves reading, collecting perfumes, and going on adventures with Indy.

Becky BS, CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician, Hospital Administrator

Becky joined our team in February 2021. She graduated from Madison College’s Veterinary Technician Program in 2008. Becky also holds a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Life Science from Northland College. She resides in Madison with her husband (Nick), children (Charlie and Emberlyn), dogs (Izzy and Pearl), and cats (Figaro, Thomas, and Kimchi). She enjoys spending time with family, camping, quilting, and reading.

Michel CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician

Michel joined our TCVC team in the spring of 2020. She grew up in Madison and attended Waunakee Schools. Michel graduated from MATC’s Veterinary Technician Program in 1994. After working in a couple of different clinics in the Madison area, she found herself at TCVC. She currently lives in Sun Prairie with her boyfriend and 2 black labs, Silas and Hank. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and his children, volunteering with Lost Dogs of Wisconsin, pet sitting, hanging at the cabin up north, vacationing, time in the outdoors and the sun, boating, reading, and flower gardening.

Eric CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician

Eric became a CVT in 2021 after graduating from MATC. He also has a bachelor’s degree in biology. He lives in DeForest with two dogs (Dumptruck and Ranger), two cats (Kinzley and Willow), chickens, and his partner.

​Laurie CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician

Laurie began her career in veterinary medicine in 2004 in beautiful San Diego California. She has worked in general, specialty, emergency, and shelter medicine. In 2011 she became a licensed veterinary technician in the state of California. Her passions within the field have included working with fearful dogs, rehabilitating stray and neglected animals, and strengthening the animal-human bond through education. 3 years ago, she returned to the Midwest to be near family. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned wildlife and spending time with family. Second, only to family, her favorite thing in the world is raccoons! Raising the mischievous little trash pandas for release back into the wild has earned them a very special place in her heart!

Kristie CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician

After growing up in a small town in Northern Illinois, Kristie moved to Madison in 2016 to pursue a career as a Veterinary Technician. Upon graduation from Madison College’s veterinary technician program in May 2019, she moved to Sun Prairie with her husband, Carlos who is a local real estate broker and small business owner; they are proud cat parents to two rescues: Lovvle (Sir Loves a Lot) and Pigeon (Salacious P Squab). Outside of the clinic, Kristie spends her time competing in pageants, hanging out with her large family and volunteering with Lasagna Love. One of Kristie’s biggest passions is advocating for mental health, especially in the veterinary field.
