Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our client care specialists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Pre-surgical screening (lab work) is required before any surgery to screen for systemic disease and to minimize the risks of anesthesia. While anesthetized, your pet will be intubated and intravenous fluids will be administered. Your pet’s blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen content, exhaled carbon dioxide and body temperature are monitored and recorded. Pain management will be assessed frequently to keep your pet comfortable here and at home.
